The animal harvesting skill is increased when harvesting a animal. The animal harvesting skill increases number of harvested items and reduces time to harvest an animal.
For example, a player at level 40 Animal Harvesting will be able to get two armadillo shells from a single armadillo, while a player at level 80 will be able to get three, making this perk quite lucrative at the higher levels.
