Report Number twenty-three is an audio recording by Dr Smith. He details further about Jake's mental health and how it is starting to effect the team and mission. Dr Smith seems to be extremely concerned about Jake, to the point where he feels Jake needs professional help.

Transcription of Recording

Doctor Smith, report number twenty-three. Again it's about Higgins. His behavior is starting to spiral out of control, and his obsession with his wife's health is disrupting the team's work. Once again I want to make it clear that I don't have the professional knowledge to diagnose him, but I suspect a mental breakdown. It's getting worse each day. Should I put him on medication? We have some sedatives on hand. Please advise. Oh, I almost forgot. I've packed the specimens to the new guidelines. End of report.
