The Bamboo Smoker blueprint must be unlocked before it can be built.

Basic Info

The Bamboo Smoker allows the player to cure meat in order to preserve it, lengthening the time it takes for the meat to spoil. Cooked meat takes 2 days before it is spoiled, whilst smoked meat has a lifespan of 4 days. The smoking process slightly reduces the nutritial value over cooked meat.

The smoker must have a fire underneath it to work and a Stone Ring can be placed to house the fire. The cooking points of the fire can still be used normally. The Bamboo Smoker shields the fire from being extinguished by rain and provides cooking points to smoke 4 pieces of meat at any one time.
