Injured Hunter

Helping Injured Hunters is a quest action only available in the Spirits of Amazonia Game Mode.

Gameplay

After being attacked by the Waraha tribe, some of the Mu'agi hunters have been injured. To gain the trust of the village the player will need to find and help these injured hunters.

Basic Info

Injured hunters can be found taking refuge in or around caves. The player will need to make sure they are fully equipped to deal with any type of wound the hunter may have.

When the player finds a injured hunter, they will need to determine what kind of treatment they need to issue. In most cases the body inspect icon will be displayed on the hunter. This means the hunter has a open wound such as abrasion, a deep laceration or venomous bite. Others may have the inspect icon followed by a food poisoning , fever , or water icon, these will display a number showing the level of sickness inflicted.

To treat the injured hunter, open the backpack and drag your chosen method of treatment on to the hunters wound. If the hunter requires oral treatment, this can be done by dragging the item on to the hunters head. If the treatment is incorrect then the symbol that marks the area will disappear, and you will not be able to place the item. If the correct method of treatment has been selected, the tribal hunter will thank the player and disappear.

Depending on the severity and type of the wound different bandages may be required. Food poisoning can be treated with charcoal, water lily flower, bone soup, Unknown Herb A or painkillers. Fever can be treated with bone soup, Quassia Amara Infusion, Unknown Mushroom 7, and painkillers. The hunter may have a number of stacks of the malady, requiring more treatment.

Once the injured hunter has been treated the player will earn 30 trust points. Returning to the village, the player will be able to see the hunter they saved fully recovered and going about his daily tasks.
