Lambda-1 is reached by swimming to the island on which it is located. Although not present on the island Black Caiman haunt the waters around the nearby islands.
Once the Ayahuasca has been taken Jake is led to a nearby cave where the Grappling Hook Gun can be found and the remains of a dead scientist.
