The Psychotria is a item which was added in update V.1.0 to Green Hell.
Basic Info[]
Psychotria can be found by cutting down the psychotria viridis plant. The leaf can be harvested for three psychotria berries, which can be used in plant cultivation. Psychotria can be eaten raw or made in to a brew for an small amount of carbohydrates and hydration, however they will cause food poisoning.
Story Mode[]
In story mode psychotria is one of the main ingredients of the ayahuasca ritual brew. The player will need to drink the ayahuasca brew in order to progress through the story and unlock new locations. Upon finding the story item, burned pages, the player will learn the name of psychotria and it will no longer show as ‘unknown herb’.
You can find one of these plants right next to the ayahuasca bowl.
