The Death Bringer Legend
The Death Bringer is a legend quest only available in the Spirits of Amazonia Game Mode.
Basic Info[]
Eight legend stones will need to be found and read by the player for the death bringer legend. After reading a legend stone, it will be logged in the players notebook under the second tab. Here the player can keep track of all clues found.
Once all the death bringer legend stones have been read, the player will need to find the weapon mentioned in the legend. The question mark icon will show its location on the map.
When the player has located the cave system, the remains of skeletons can be found inside. Examining each skeleton will reveal a clue of what the weapon is made from. Following the trail of skeletons, the player will find the lower half of a skeleton hanging over the edge of a deep pool. The player will need to dive down into the pool to find the other half of the skeleton. Caution is advised as the pool is deep, so it is best to keep an eye on the breathing meter to avoid drowning. Once the top half of the skeleton has been located the player can examine the hilt it is holding, doing this will unlock the blueprint for the aztec weapon.
To finalize the death bringer legend, the player will then need craft the aztec weapon and place it in the designated spot next to the elder at the Habbacu village. Speak to the elder to finalize the quest, earning 100 trust points. The craftsman legend will then be crossed out in the notebook.
Legend Meaning[]
The death bringer legend is the story of a warrior who killed a Habbacu elder. The warrior was eventually driven away and killed by the rest of the tribe. With his weapon breaking into pieces as he fought the tribe. The skeletons which are found in the cave are the remains of Habbacu tribal members who died during the battle. It becomes clear once all pieces of the weapon are found that the warrior in question was Aztec, in particular a Aztec Jaguar warrior due to the way he was dressed. This means this legend is over 500 years old.
