The Vine of Soul notebook page can be seen twice during the tutorial, first on a table then later pinned to the cork board. The page briefly describes the Ayahuasca ritual.

Vine of Soul
The effect of the psychedelic substances usually last several hours. In that time participants of the ceremony experience a spiritual revelation.
Ayahuasca is only to be taken in the presence of a shaman, who also serves as a guide.
